Regulation 14 Consultation Update

The Regulation 14 Public Consultation for the NDP ended on 22 May 2024. Further submissions will be not be considered under this consultation. However, residents will have a further opportunity to submit additional comments when the draft plan is submitted to the District Council. Following the submission to Cotswold District Council, there will be a final vote to adopt the plan, when everyone living in the designated area, who is registered to vote, will be able to vote in this referendum. If more than 50% are in favour of the plan, it is then formally considered for adoption by the local authority.
